Faults become tasks automatically
Univend collects DEX data on a schedule and grades every fault by severity. When a machine reports a motor jam without saying which motor, Univend analyses the sales between DEX reads to name the likely suspects, so your tech knows where to look before they arrive. The service task is raised automatically with the machine's history attached, and closed again when the fault clears.
Every invoice read, every can costed
Upload a supplier invoice or photograph a walk-in receipt. Univend reads each line, matches it to your products, learns pack sizes as it goes and catches duplicates. Freight is spread across the cartons that were shipped, then down to the unit for anything you sell individually, so you know the true landed cost of every can and bar.
The cheapest supplier, and the cart filled for you
Supplier prices are collected automatically and the cheapest option for every line is highlighted, with a warning when suppliers quote different pack sizes. Build the order straight from the comparison, and Univend fills your cart in each supplier's own web shop, ready for you to check out.
From delivery to your accounts in one pass
Receive a delivery against its order, short-shipments and back-orders included. One gated step updates your warehouse stock and pushes the bill to your accounting software, with the invoice attached as proof.
Every dip and spike explained
Univend models what every machine should sell on every day, from its site's full sales history, the day of the week, school and public holidays, local events, rain and temperature. Put actual beside forecast and you see straight away whether a quiet fortnight was the school holidays, a hot spell earned its spike, or a machine needs a visit.
