Who we are
This website is run by Tazatly Pty Ltd (ABN 13 675 595 838), trading as Univend. In this policy, "we" and "us" means that business. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you register interest, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, business name, state, how many machines you run, the telemetry and accounting software you use, and anything else you choose to tell us. We don't ask for payment details or anything about your customers.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store anything on your device and doesn't track you across other websites. This site doesn't set any cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your details to contact you about Univend, to understand whether it would suit your operation, and to keep a record of our conversations with you. We won't use them for anything unrelated, and we won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who host this website and store form submissions for us, and only so they can do that job. Cloudflare hosts this website and provides its visitor analytics. Google stores form submissions in a Google Sheet. Both may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States.
How we look after it
Your details are stored with access limited to the people who need them. We keep them for as long as we're in contact with you about Univend, and delete them when they're no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first at [email protected] so we can put it right. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
